The Bryansk state technical university passed to paperless document flow using software products of Electronic Office Systems company

"The Bryansk state technical university" began with Higher Professional Education BOU work with EOS Group in 2006. Then the higher education institution purchased 15 jobs set in a computer class for studying of this EDMS within such disciplines as "Corporate information systems", Document science for students of specialties "Information Systems and Technologies" and "Organization and Technology of Data Protection".

Then, as the participant of the program "Electronic Document Management — from a Student's Bench!", higher education institution received 25 jobs. The Faculty of Economics and Management for specialties "Applied Information Science in Economy" and "Crisis management" within "Electronic Management Systems of Document Flow" rate began to use training in work with the CASE system. A system is studied by students internal and extramural studies when writing theses.

Trial operation of a system for a possibility of transition to paperless document flow then the management of the university made the decision on office-work automation was carried out. Jobs of users are created in administration, at vice rectors, in office, in dean's offices and in administrative services BGTU that strengthened control of execution of the order of the rector and allowed to unsubscribe paper copies of documents. At the moment in higher education institution 85 jobs are set.
