2020: Start of a management system for mobile personnel of Maxoptra

The Center of Molecular Diagnostics (CMD) company started a management system for mobile personnel of Maxoptra. The technology increases efficiency of nurses and allows to monitor accomplishment of a route quickly. Implementation and setup of the solution were performed by Megalogist company, reported on December 8, 2020 in Magenta Technology company.

Maxoptra plans departures with counted arrival time that allows to give clients exact information on arrival of the nurse. A system distributes requests between crews taking into account wishes of clients on holding time, the set duration of manipulations, the number of clients. For each crew a system plans a route. Maxoptra considers high-speed zones and restrictions thanks to what the constructed routes are optimal, following to it allows to come to the client in time.

Using the started solution Center of Molecular Diagnostics CMD creates additional service for clients. Testing assumes preparation, observance of a day regimen and a power supply. To reduce the period of restrictions, the mechanism of the notification of clients about arrival of crew was implemented. In day of service they receive the automatic SMS reminding of the planned time of arrival of the nurse. The individual wishes connected with the notification about arrival of service for some time are transferred to nurses to mobile application of Maxoptra. Following this information, the nurse contacts the client from the application clicking of one button, reports the exact time of a visit thanks to what the client can prepare in the comfortable mode for testing.

The center of molecular diagnostics CMD increased efficiency of distribution of the urgent requisitions arriving during the day. Managers of department of processing of requests got access to the module of control on which in the online mode movement of exit groups and the statuses of tasks is displayed. Thanks to evident information on workflow they can quickly pick up suitable crew for accomplishment of the request.
