Since 2011 in JSC EESK (The Ekaterinburg electric grid company) the new software product – the information system (IS) "ELMA" which will allow to organize and accelerate most accurately business processes of document flow is implemented and to strengthen control of execution of assigned tasks.

Main advantage of the ELMA system – economy of working time and online access to resources. In addition to a system mobile licenses for remote connection via modern devices were purchased. Now employees of administrative personnel, being in a business trip, on a holiday, on departure, will be able to manage workflow remotely: to quickly set a task, to control its execution, to approve documents.

The program is implemented for the purpose of process automation of electronic document management. A system comprises several modules. The module "Electronic document management" allows to create, process and store electronic documents. Implementation of electronic document management will allow to refuse completely work with paper documents and to increase control and speed of work. The module "Tasks" allows users to appoint tasks to the colleagues, to execute and monitor their accomplishment. The module "Calendar" will replace to the employees daily logs, having given new opportunities for planning of collective work and periodically repeating events.

"We are faced by a task to the middle of summer to transfer the main paper document flow to an electronic form. Both memos, and orders, and orders, and requests for access – all this will be made out only in "ELMA". Moreover, we want that a system became a full-fledged corporate portal. There will be news of the company, information on a quality management system here, to take place operational information on projects, perhaps, forums and some real-life communication will appear", – the deputy head of department of information systems of business Spitsin Evgeny commented.

For the staff of the company training in work in a new system was organized. The companies employees already in the nearest future when in a system the main documents are created will be able to estimate all advantages of work at "ELMA": entering, memos, requests for access, etc.

2015

June 09, 2015. The ELMA company announced end of a stage of transition of the Ekaterinburg electric grid company to the version of the ELMA system.

The updated architecture in the new version of ELMA provides high-speed performance of a system that is especially relevant in the presence of large-scale processes and a large number of areas of responsibility in EESK.

The company notes that functionality of the new version – simpler and flexible for maintenance and improvement of processes, and ample opportunities of customization of a system under tasks of the enterprise provide convenience of work to designers of processes.

The Ekaterinburg electric grid company (EESK) uses the ELMA system since 2010. In ELMA service processes of the company and routes of document flow are implemented, including:

  • approval of access to information systems;
  • approval of internal instructions and permissions;
  • personnel recruitment;
  • document flow routes: approval of documents and agreements and others.

Today in a system more than 600 employees of the enterprise work and about 50 processes are used, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Dmitry Oparin, head of department of implementation of ELMA company: "The stage of transition to the version of ELMA was implemented consistently: at the time of start of works a system was updated to the version of ELMA 3.5 relevant at that time, and afterwards is updated to the version of ELMA 3.7. In September, 2015 updating to the current version of ELMA 3.8 is already planned".
