The Galaktika ERP in Mosfilm concern

The decision on deployment of the project of automation of the enterprise using the Galaktika ERP System was made. When choosing extensive work experience of Galaktika corporation with the Russian enterprises, project deadlines, ensuring personal data protection, including according to federal law No. 152 was considered that is confirmed with the certificate of State Technical Commission of the Russian Federation, the license of FSB and the FSTEC certificate. Together with replacement of a hardware complex the solution to replace and the specialized accounting software from former Standard with more suitable for requirements and tasks "Galaktika ERP" was pleasant.

As a result of implementation the following tasks were solved:

• creation and management of the uniform base answering to all requests of the customer;
• management of communications and document flow;
• the reporting under a status of sales on the basis of standard reports;
• process automation of commercial calculations
• Increase in process performance of accounting department
• Creation of the instrument of control and accounting of document flow
• Creation of reporting system on key business processes of the company

Next stage

Now at the enterprise accounting of financial and economic activities for such directions as is automated: accounting and tax accounting, accounting of the movement of material values and services, payroll.

Improvement of technologies of management and accounting demanded implementation of modern IT tools. The applied earlier software tools contained growth and development of the enterprise and ceased to meet such requirements as high-speed performance, high reliability and stability of system operation, transparency of accounting, convenience of data entry and report generation, ensuring high-quality user support.

• control of debt.

Now more than 60 people – heads and specialists of accounting and economic service, other divisions of the enterprise work with a system.
