In January on the Mining and Chemical Combine (MCC) the final stage of the project on creation of a personnel management system based on the solution "Personnel Management System Alfa/" (Alfa-HRMS) began.

The Mining and Chemical Combine differs in a big variety and a geographically-distributed structure of productions, has a set of the features connected with kind of work in nuclear sector therefore personnel management, accounting of work and payroll – one of the most important tasks of eight-thousand plant – the city-forming enterprise of the city of Zheleznogorsk.

The project was broken into three stages and began with full-scale implementation of personnel management of the enterprise. At this stage tasks of organizational management, management of the staff list were solved, personnel document flow and accounting of personnel information, function of accounting of candidates and management of a talent pool, managements of competences and certification of personnel are automated.

Automation of conducting intra shop (production) document flow and time keeping became the next step. A lot of work on unification of all forms of orders and orders on staff was carried out. For each type of the order according to features of business processes and restrictions of the legislation logical control of its design was configured.

The first two stages prepared a basis to go to automation of payroll. Now on the basis of data from personnel and production document flow the organic magazine which contains all information necessary for charge and payroll automatically forms: work payment terms, night, overtime, awards, allowances and coefficients to them.

It is important to note that the GCC became the pilot platform within transition of all enterprises of ROSATOM State Corporation to the uniform unified wage system according to which the salary in Alfa-HRMS will be calculated on the basis of the system of grades and vnutrigreydovy zones.
