2019: Integration of the core banking system with electronic marketplaces

On August 8, 2019 the Bell Integrator company announced project completion of integration of the core banking system of Vozrozhdeniye bank with the electronic marketplaces (EM). Project implementation gave the chance to corporate clients to participate in electronic biddings with observance of all requirements of the legislation. The clients of ETP having special bank accounts Vozrozhdeniye can register payments in one click now.

According to law 44-FZ and 223-FZ since October 1, 2018 for carrying out purchases electronically the participant needs to have the account in the financial institution authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation to open and operate special accounts on which means for providing requests are placed. "Renaissance" is one of such banks in this connection the company needed to build the protected information exchange of electronic documents with nine marketplaces which are selected for biddings on 44 and 223-FZ.

For this purpose the Bell Integrator company to the customer proposed the solution on integration providing at once all necessary functions: information exchange on the protected encrypted link; verification of signatures of the entering electronic documents received from platforms and their transfer to the core banking system of bank; signing of outgoing electronic documents and sending them on the platform; and also check on compliance of documents to the approved format.

The project went through all stages of implementation, including testing and technical support. For August, 2019 a system is successfully operated by financial institution.

Exchange of electronic documents is performed on the ciphered TLS channel. Specially developed web service executes verification of signatures of electronic documents of the platform and compliance to their approved format in the exchange protocol, and then signing of outgoing documents of bank.
