In VBRR the Corporate data warehouse Circuit is created

In the summer of 2012 the first project deliverables on creation of the System of Preparation of Reporting Data (SPRD) in the Russian Regional Development Bank (RRDB) were announced. Analysts of Intersoft Lab company complete inspection of VBRR, requirements to a data model of SPOD are created. The data warehouse on the basis of the Circuit BPM platform is unrolled, its integration with the accounting systems of bank is provided.

In July, 2012 the complex analysis of the operating production schedules on preparation of different types of the reporting prepared in VBRR is complete. This examination conducted by methodologists of Intersoft Lab company jointly with specialists of bank and also work on creation of the uniform corporate data warehouse based on the Circuit BPM-system (BPM – Business Performance Management, business performance management) laid the foundation for creation of a System of preparation of reporting data.

For the purpose of creation of the modern, reliable, convenient and adapted for specifics business processes of bank of tools for formation of the various reporting specialists of VBRR and methodologists-analysts of Intersoft Lab carried out detailed diagnostics of the tools and technologies involved in it in the course of preparation of the reporting.

Inspection which de facto becomes compulsory procedure for the bank Intersoft Lab projects was carried out in close contact with heads and the staff of VBRR, including its such leading divisions as Financial analysis department, the Central back office, Records department and reportings, Treasury, etc. It is worth highlighting that the bank takes the SPOD project seriously and direct participation of top managers of bank in it helped to create precisely target vision of processes of preparation of the reporting.

In the project progress based on a standard data model Circuit the matrix (the summary inventory) of accounting items, their analytical attributes, algorithms of calculations and data sources which is a basis of the target integrated SPOD model was created. In parallel with carrying out inspection by specialists of Intersoft Lab the data warehouse Circuit was unrolled, the integration solution using the industrial ETL tool providing extraction, transformation and data loading in storage from the accounting systems of bank is created. The corporate data warehouse is put into trial operation.
