The Safe Driving system at the city-forming enterprise Novy Urengoy

In this project increase in safety of transportations at simultaneous reduction of a consumption of fuel and lubricants was a main objective of the customer. Start of the full-scale project on equipping of the vehicles (V) of Novatek-YuRHAROVNEFTEGAZ LLC the equipment of the Avtotreker system was preceded by the complex testing held by the customer in 2010.

Technology "highlight" of the project is the implementing solution "Safe Driving", any profile focused on the large organizations. Now this innovative development of RNT has no analogs in the Russian market. Having implemented this solution, the enterprise can, being based on the objective data, to estimate individual style of work of drivers and on this basis to increase system effectiveness of motivation, to improve statistics and to reduce the probability of road accident with serious consequences, to receive more advantageous conditions of insurance of the CU, to increase their resource and also to reduce the idle times and costs connected with repair and maintenance.

At the same time the solution "Safe Driving" does not require the additional hardware, and uses the same infrastructure (intelligent onboard blocks, sensors of global positioning, a data transmission system and the dispatching center) which is surely created at implementation at the enterprise of a monitoring system of Avtotreker transport. The Safe Driving system automatically registers the high-speed modes, sharp braking and accelerations, evolutions and turns, shaking and other parameters of the movement increasing the probability of emergency situations and road accident or creating risk of an accelerated wear of different nodes and units of the CU or violation of admissible conditions of transportation of a load. Let's especially note that the Safe Driving system automatically saves the detailed per second record of the moment of accident which can be exclusively useful at detailed analysis of a situation at road accident.

In the dispatching center collected primary data are exposed to statistical analysis, the integrated indicators of the movement are calculated by special formulas, and the acquired information is used in reports. Collecting and data processing are personified that allows to set, for example, individual thresholds of speed and acceleration. Besides, regulation of results taking into account the ordered diagram of the high-speed mode (nation-wide and corporate), season and a status of a paving, passing of dangerous sections of the road, etc. is possible.

Now several tens of units of transport are connected to the Avtotreker system. It allowed to solve all project tasks: cut down expenses on fuel and lubricants, fix all cases of an incomplete filling and fuel dump, to exclude deviations from a route, to stop use of motor transport for personal reasons, to increase discipline of drivers. Besides, the customer had an opportunity to control engines operating modes of the CU and, respectively, to increase their resource and also much more precisely to plan service maintenance of the equipment. And main thing: now all management decisions connected with transport are based on the exact objective information, a framework of admissible individual style of work of drivers is accurately set so that it did not cause damage to safety of transportations and did not accelerate wear of the expensive equipment.

Today continuation of the project and, in particular, equipment installation Avtotreker is already planned for all the CU of Novatek-YuRHAROVNEFTEGAZ LLC. So, complex testing on motor transport of the customer of RNT technology for connection of onboard blocks of the Avtotreker system to the standard bus CAN of modern cars will begin already in the nearest future.
