On January 31, 2019 "Samara Plant of Concrete Goods (SPCG)" announced that it refused paper documents for benefit of electronic.
According to the company, at the enterprise completely refused use of paper carriers of information and passed to the system of internal electronic document management (e-document flow).
Transfer of accounting borrowed over a year. Laborious work on transfer of all services was conducted by dozens of permanent members of staff and the invited specialists. The rich history of the enterprise and together with it and archive of documents created big complexity. Plus it is necessary to consider the fact that integration went in an operating mode, i.e. a part of services already worked with electronic copies of documents, and a part still with paper. For 1 year the enterprise produced tens of thousands of documents. The most part of documents and remained in archives.
Transition to e-document flow gives to the enterprise several advantages. Besides that modern methods of work and control allow to increase considerably quality, production speed and accounting, it also decrease in finance costs on document flow and office-work. It is easier to arrange, edit and identify electronic documents. For January, 2019 search of the necessary document takes some seconds.
Besides, in workshops engineers of Quality Department, masters and the staff of laboratory use tablets now – it allows to increase the speed of work and to exclude errors.
