The Tekhnodinamiki enterprise started training in lean production

The Ufa Modular Production Association (UMPA) of Tekhnodinamika holding of State Corporation Rostec began with summer of 2018 implementation of lean-classes for internal personnel training to bases of lean production.

Building of the training program happens within strategy implementation "Creation of a world-class production system" at the enterprises of Tekhnodinamika holding.

"Implementation and studying of lean-technologies will allow our enterprises to consider a production process of products at all stages: from production before shipment, having selected those sections and transactions in which there are losses, – the CEO of Tekhnodinamika Igor Nasenkov is sure. – The correct understanding of the reasons of inefficiency of production at the level of separate transactions will give us the chance to eliminate or reduce costs, to improve product quality and to optimize working time".

During training in lean-classes the staff of the Ufa modular production association will study bases and to purchase practical skills of use of lean-technologies and technologies of lean production in professional activity. In 2018 it is going to master the Bases of Lean Production and System 5C directions. Training will be provided for more than 2 thousand employees on a permanent basis. Since March, 2018 more than 500 workers were already trained.

"Implementation of lean-technologies requires complete review of bases of the organization both relations of production in the enterprise, and vendor relations and customers. According to the concept of lean production all activity of the enterprise is classified as transactions and processes which either add value, or lead to production losses. Therefore, everything that sustains losses on production, should be eliminated at our enterprise", – the CEO of UAPO Luzgin Leonid commented.
