The Softlogic company announces project completion of implementation of the universal platform of automation of contact centers of Softlogic.CallCenter. Within this project end-to-end process of work of operators more hotly than lines was automated.
The implemented functionality allows:
- Make qualification of the entering and outgoing calls on the configured scenarios;
- Messages the customer base and to trace customer appeal history;
- It is flexible to manage waiting lists and tasks;
- Make setup of briefs and questionnaires;
- Make automatic call-down of the customer base and polls;
- Unload the preconfigured reports;
The technology platform of Softlogic.CallCenter has open interfaces and the built-in technologies of development of business applications. Existence of own flexible and scalable technologies allowed to create the solution which is most precisely meeting needs of the customer in the minimum terms. Having implemented this solution, the BASIS DM agency received a technology platform which allows to adapt easily work of operators for tasks of each marketing project, for requirements of different clients. At the first stage a system is used for creation of the center of a customer loyalty of one of large European producers. On the next stages the solution Softlogic.CallCenter is going to be used for implementation and other large-scale projects of the agency.
