The autocompany implements Business Process Management Suite of ELMA

In December, 2010 Avtokompaniya Kaliningrad began implementation of a system of business process management of ELMA.

For the purpose of increase in performing discipline, ensuring transparency of work of divisions the company management made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management. As a result of a research of the Russian IT market specialists of the company selected the ELMA software product of EleWise company.

The main factors which defined such solution, the optimal functionality of a system and the built-in tools allowing to modify independently a system. Installation and setup of a system were performed by forces of specialists of customer company. The partner of EleWise in the city of Kaliningrad Infotek company carried out express inspection and assisted in drawing up regulations of work with a system.

There is implementation of the module "Work with Clients", and implementation of the modules "document flow" and "management business by processes" is planned.

Implementation and active use of the module "Work with Tasks and Instructions" allowed to reduce time of approval and the solution of assigned tasks. The company management has a complex of reports for control, adjustment, management of solvable orders of staff of divisions.
