"The center of hygiene and epidemiology in the Rostov region" begins implementation of EDMS

On April 8, 2014 the EOS Group company announced Matter in ILTS FBUZ "The Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Rostov Region" the beginning of system implementation. The participant in the project of NPTs Cosmos 2 LLC.

Project Tasks

Due to the permanent growth of number of orders for carrying out laboratory researches, tests, measurements and need to control quality of execution of works for maintenance of the high level of the provided services the management of ILTs "CASE" made the decision on implementation of a modern electronic document management system.

A system will solve a problem of the organization of electronic archive for document storage, automates a number of business processes:

• office-work;
• control of performing discipline;
• collective work of participants of a system on preparation and approval of drafts of minutes of laboratory researches, tests, measurements;
• preparation and data processing of researches, tests and measurements for operational drawing up statistical reporting.

In EDMS "CASE" it is necessary to provide accounting of all document groups of ILTs connected with execution of works, beginning from statements and finishing with protocols of the laboratory tests and expert opinions issued to customers.

The documents created at different stages of researches, tests and measurements are connected with each other in a system, at the same time documents of the previous stage are a basis of preparation of the documents created at the following stages. A system will create opportunities for collective work on preparation of drafts of final protocols, time of editing and which approvals it will significantly be reduced.

As a result of implementation EDMS "CASE" of ILTS FBUZ "The center of hygiene and epidemiology in the Rostov region" will receive the tool using which it will be possible to trace all production cycle, to increase service quality of the customer and his trust to activity of ILTs.
