"E1 Euphrates" will be implemented in the centralized library system of Krasnodar

The Cognitive Technologies company signed the agreement on implementation of electronic document management based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates" with municipal authority of culture "The centralized library system of the city of Krasnodar".

The centralized library system of the city of Krasnodar includes network of 36 libraries, 11 centers of the right information, 10 electronic reading rooms and more than 100 automated jobs.

The huge information volume and high extent of geographical distribution within area cause special requirements of organization to document flow. With respect thereto, the management of the Centralized library system of the city of Krasnodar made the decision on implementation at the enterprise of electronic document management. The choice "E1 Euphrates" as a software platform of the project was caused by presence at the system of broad functionality, convenient and the intuitive interface and also flexibility in setup and administration

As a result of project implementation, in particular, it is going to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to implement a possibility of differentiation of access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
