The city administration of Biysk held open tenders on delivery of a software package and program technical means "The information system "Electronic Archive". The ELAR corporation became the winner.
Auctions are initiated within the actions for development and support of the innovation social and engineering infrastructures of Biysk as science city of the Russian Federation. The solutions "ELAR" will provide the organization of a full stroke of electronic archive in the city administration – from scanning of paper carriers before issue of a necessary image via WEB INTERFACE.
The software package and ELAR program technical means are intended for creation of the information system "Electronic Archive" in Archives department of city administration of Biysk. Thus, activities for storage, completing, accounting and use of archive documents will be completely automated.
The solutions "ELAR" will allow administration of Biysk to process more quickly requests of citizens, to expand the list of the represented services and in general to increase efficiency of activity of Archives department.
