The euroexpert (Creatio (before bpm’online))

In 2019 the Smart Capital command approved the ambitious project on automation of work of the consulting Euroexpert company in work. Singularity of this project consisted that work on automation of company services, namely works with projects, time management of employees, etc. was coming.

Tasks of the customer were the following:

• Automation of a customer relationship management process;
• Tracking and billing of the spent time for tasks of projects;
• Management of marginality of projects as separately, and on departments;
• Cataloguing of a project portfolio and practical application of project experience in operational work.

It was accepted the solution to implement these tasks on the Creatio platform from Terrasoft. The packet of Creatio Sales Team for long trades with the ready put processes for management of a funnel of sales is selected: from a lead to the contract.

Automation of work with clients was the first carried-out and most important task. Managers received the interactive tool which arranged and accelerated work on processing of incoming requisitions of clients. Work on conducting sales, thanks to already put algorithms, became much more effective.

Huge work regarding project management was carried out. Automation of electronic document management, development of printed forms and automatic generation of agreements from a system much more reduced time of managers spent earlier. Development of the uniform electronic directory of all completed projects of the company became also great achievement. For the similar companies it is very important to manage time spent for projects therefore special online the time tracker of time of specialists was developed and implemented.

Also the Smart Capital command made integration with the existing accounting system of the customer of 1C. Thanks to Creatio owners and top management of the company had a functionality on management of cash flows and also analytical deshborda - irreplaceable information for acceptance of fast and effective solutions in the management of the company.

For July, 2020 together with the client complex roadmap on development of the project is developed.
