The federation of parachuting improves an accounting system using the 1C: Accounting program

Automation of accounting activity of the Federation of Parachuting (FP) was made by specialists of "1C:VDGB" based on standard program 1C — 1C: Accounting. Development of own management system and accounting is one of obligatory tasks for the management of FPS. For its accomplishment the decision on implementation of an automated system of accounting on 1C: Enterprise platform was made. Standard solution 1C for automation of the majority of the tasks facing accounting service is the 1C: Accounting software product.

As the partner in automation of accounting the 1C:VDGB company having long-term experience of implementations based on 1C and providing an automation range of services including the certified user training to work with programs and remote support of 1C was selected.

Implementation of the 1C: Accounting program provided automation of necessary circuits of accounting and tax accounting in FPS:

• • trade operations;
  • operations on cash desk and bank;
  • settlings with suppliers and buyers;
  • distribution of indirect expenses;
  • calculations for the VAT;
  • calculations for income tax.

New information system 1C allowed to perform all necessary economic and trade operations in the automatic mode that positively affected accounting work speed. Accounting and tax accounting are implemented in a 1C system according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In a work progress by specialists of 1C:VDGB company are carried out:

• • automation of sections of accounting using standard solution 1C;
  • primary consultations on work in information system 1C;
  • elementary education of users of program 1C;
  • subscription to information and technology support of 1C.
