2019: Upgrade of the automated jobs

On September 5, 2019 the company H-Com St. Petersburg announced end of the large project of informatization state medical of organization. Within the project upgrade of tens of automated jobs (AJ) is executed The first GKB of E.E. Volosevich.

Application of an automated workplace in medical institutions allows to optimize accomplishment of routine tasks (maintaining clinical records of patients, information search, filling of cards of professional survey, prescription of medicines according to their register, etc.), to lower non-core load of medical personnel and to increase service rate of patients. Within the program of technical retrofitting organization needed replacement morally and technically outdated automated workplaces of medical and administrative personnel.

The project team X-Com провела detailed studying of features of work of an office information system and also the analysis of the workflows operating in the organization. On the basis of data retrieveds a set of detailed recommendations to structure of an automated workplace was developed, technical specifications, the including requirements to hardware and program parts of a system are made. The solution based on a production automated workplace X-Com optimized for the solution of standard tasks of medical personnel was as a result implemented.

The automated workplace configuration is created individually for each specialist, proceeding from specifics and volumes of the tasks which are carried out by him. The solution includes workstations, data display systems and also peripheral equipment. Integration of an automated workplace into the customer's IT infrastructure, including setup and all range of balancing and commissioning is executed. On all equipment the guarantee of producers is broadcast.

Acting in the X-Com quality management system corresponding to the international ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001-2008) in combination with multistage testing system at all production phases, guarantee high quality of products. The developed service packet and constantly supported spare parts depot allow to fix X-Com quickly any problems arising in work of an automated workplace and its components.

The contractor of the project X-Com стала as a result of a victory in the open competition held by the customer among the Russian system integrators and suppliers of the computer equipment.
