2020: Transition to BIM technologies

March 18, 2020 DSK-1 announced transition to BIM technologies.

Since 2021 the construction organizations will be obliged to use BIM technologies at design of buildings and constructions. First of all it will concern the companies participating in tenders for construction of facilities for state orders. The state puts in normative and technical and the legislation a possibility of soft junction to BIM without stress for the industry.

For March, 2020 the First DSK has a number of the ready projects executed in modern technologies. It is no secret that many builders want to receive projects in BIM model.

Building Information Modeling is the concept of information modeling of buildings, with an opportunity to receive an object 3D model in which material of each element is visible. It is essentially a different approach with a set of advantages: high accuracy, efficiency, fast making changes. This model will allow to connect to design of specialists from different areas, is centralized to enter document flow, to automate routine transactions and also to carry out exact calculation of the estimate of the project and to minimize errors.

Designers of the First DSK work in the Autodesk Revit program which allows to create constructions and the engineering systems of any complexity. On all future objects BIM models are already created. For example, two body in the area Southern of Bittsa, apartment house in Lyubertsy and the body on Nagornaya St.

At plant there is a Training center where designers undergo retraining.

Learning process is organized also in workplaces: experienced BIM managers and designers help with mastering of modern technologies.

Implementation of BIM technologies will allow plant to increase design capacities without significant increase in the staff of specialists and to expand base of construction objects.
