At the end of November, 2019 it became known that payment a blockchain system to which hundreds of Chinese organizations are connected already processed accounts for $5.9 billion. For the beginning of November the platform worked in 480 medical institutions of the Province of Zhejiang.

The payment blockchain platform was let into the Provinces of Zhejiang at the beginning of 2019 by the government of the province with assistance of the company Alipay and Ant Financial (parent company Alipay). In the report of finance department of the Province of Zhejiang it is specified that thanks to a new system time of processing of insurance payments to patients was reduced by 96 times. If earlier insurance accounts were compensated within 12 days and more, then now all processing was reduced till three o'clock.

Besides, the single system of providing insurance accounts fixes a problem of double compensation from state bodies. Thus, the platform provides a reliable and transparent communication between patients, the payment agencies, medical institutions and insurance companies.

The hospitals connected to a blockchain system can exchange data on the platform, and citizens can load electronic accounts for compensation directly into the Internet irrespective of in what hospital they asked for medical care. Some insurance companies already began to accept complaints online and to make payments in real time. Affirms as the report also that the median number of visits of doctors was reduced from six to two that considerably reduces load of the hospitals which are making out bills to patients.

Function of drawing of accounts through a blockchain platform is available in the Chzheliban application of the government of Zhejiang where all accounts are stored in electronic form. As this government application, data on the personality and powers of the doctors who are writing out recipes are already entered in it.^[1]
