Education. ANO The Higher School of the Real Estate - works for specialists of the real estate market (purchase, sale) and is one of the first projects of remote education in the field of the real estate in Russia. Thanks to this project specialists of the real estate market (in particular the remote regions of Russia) can gain necessary knowledge, complete professional development course and the corresponding certification (according to the results of which they receive the competence certificate of the Russian Guild of Realtors)

Physically the organization is in Samara, but specialists from any regions, regardless of their location can be trained.

The main objective – to create (alternative) conditions for a possibility of training and advanced training of specialists of the real estate market, especially for the areas remote from the central cities of Russia

There was an idea of the organization of distance learning of realtors, professionals of the real estate market who acted as experts when developing maintenance of rates were found. Then contrastive analysis was made:
- functions of different software products, with the purpose to select such of them which will allow to develop rates, to advance training courses and to provide training administration;
- the specialists who are engaged in development of these software products with the purpose to find specialists with the burning eyes, a warm heart, healthy ambitions and good brains!

5.2. Economic Efficiency
So far to speak about cost efficiency of the project early since commercial use of a system is performed only about half a year. At this stage of costs exceed income, people in Russia of distance learning are afraid, still culture was not created to study through Internet. The most active trainees are young specialists of the real estate market who easily and actively communicate in an Internet environment.
5.3. The Most Significant Results Are Something Most Notable
The beginning of commercial use of a system and the first carried-out certifications.
And the geography of the users who addressed for knowledge in VShN still very much surprised. Rates were demanded not only in the remote regions of Russia (for which they by and large also were created): in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Chita, the Novosibirsk region, Irkutsk i.e. where there is no opportunity to improve skills, without leaving the region; but also in Moscow, Moscow area, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, Tula, Lipetsk. There are even students from other countries, for example, from Switzerland. But what struck, among students practically it did not appear samaryan (only 4 persons).

So far heads of the companies did not address to VShN for the purpose of the organization of training of the employees. The bulk of trainees takes courses in an individual order. But the staff of VShN believes that there will come such moment when heads of the agencies fill up them with requests for training of the employees.
