The highest theatrical school of M.S. Shchepkin carries out upgrade of an accounting system

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program in FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "Highest theatrical school (institute) of M.S. Shchepkin at State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia", the company contractor reported on March 22, 2013.

Start

Account in school was kept several years using software products on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. Due to the change in 2011 of requirements of the legislation to accounting in public institutions the decision on transition to the new version of the platform of 1C was made. The functionality of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 system completely corresponded to requirements of university, besides, accountant officers already had a solid experience with software products 1C that simplified process of their adaptation to a new information system. The project it is entrusted to implement the companies "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade).

Job

Transition to a new system took two months. 1C specialists: The first BIT carried out data migration from the old program. According to requirements of school for a system accounting by additional financing sources is organized, the off-balance account of accounting of overalls and the soft stock which are in operation is added.

Result

As a result of system implementation in organization accounting and formation of the regulated reporting in full accordance with new requirements of the legislation is provided.

Work of a warehouse is automated, accurate accounting of scenic property is organized. About 20 thousand fixed assets and material stocks which main part is the detail for theatrical performances are stored in a warehouse of school. In a month the school will organize tens of different performances therefore faultless and operational accounting of MPZ is very important. Automation of a warehouse practically excluded a possibility of losses of the detail, the error probability in accounting is minimized.

Shchepkin at State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia", noted: "As a result of carried out by 1C specialists: The first BIT of work we received the convenient automated system allowing to keep accounting and tax accounting according to the current legislation which significantly facilitated process of accounting, preparation and timely delivery of budget, accounting and tax statements. What is very important - in a new system operational accounting on financing sources is implemented. It allowed us to strengthen significantly control of expenditure of own and budgetary funds".
