Successfully transfer of supermarket chain of retail operator "Ekonom" on the system of the ERP class "Retail Chain Stores 7.0 SE" came to the end.
Goals and Objectives
Automation of shops based on the ERP system "ASTOR: The retail chain stores 7.0 SE" are an important step in improving competitiveness of any retail network. Existence of serious analytical and accounting opportunities, high speed of data processing, the high level of adaptation to needs of the network enterprise and to needs of users — all this does the ERP system by the irreplaceable assistant for each retailer.
System implementation "ASTOR: The retail chain stores 7.0 SE" will allow the management of Ekonom network to manage effectively stocks, the range (more than 19000 names), pricing, production, marketing and merchandising, finance and settlement in a common information space.
Thanks to a right choice of the automation system of trade the Krasnodar retailer "Ekonom" will be able to become in the future the market leader of product retail, much more to reduce costs, is considerable to increase consumer loyalty and brand recognition in different regions of presence.
Project Progress
The implemented system "ASTOR: The retail chain stores" help to work with uniform information base with a set of the having something in common business processes: pricing, range, production, stocks, marketing, finance, different types of accounting (tax, operational, accounting, warehouse, etc.)
Result
ERP system allowed House-keeper to optimize work not only ordinary personnel in shops, having solved a problem with goods acceptance and having added a feature inventory online, but also leadership team, giving the chance of more detailed analysis of activity of all retail chain stores.
Especially for the client the ASTOR company made software customization according to requirements of the customer, carried out setup of a system, planned personnel training at the central office of retail chain stores House-keeper, started the first "pilot" shop.
As a result of the carried-out works Ekonom is transferred to remote maintenance. All further commissioning in other shops of network and personnel training to work with a system is carried out by IT department of Ekonom network.
In addition to ERP system implementation, the ASTOR company supplied to the customer a necessary retail store equipment: cash stations NCR RealPOS 40, scales, printers of barcodes and scanners.
On the requirements to functionality of a system which are available for the customer, specialists of ASTOR company carried out ERP system completion. In the course of start the following works were also carried out: setup of parameters of a system, training of the central office of the retail operator, start of "pilot" - starting shop. After completion of these works, House-keeper was transferred to remote maintenance. Further, start of other shops of network, work on a commissioning and personnel training of shops it was made by own forces of the customer – his IT department.
