On August 1, 2014 it became known of the project in KGUZ "The Medical Center — Management Company of the Altai Medical Cluster". Implemented technical specifications of NP Meditsinskiye kompyyuternye tekhnologii.
Project Results
Project implementation on the basis of TCP/IP technologies and databases builds the computer network providing to medical institutions of Altai Krai information services "Remote Registry", "Remote Access to Medical Information on the Patient", "Monitoring of Hi-tech Medical Care", "Medical and Dispatching Service". Use of the listed services transferred work of medical institutions of Altai Krai to qualitatively new level.
For implementation of the listed services necessary databases, the distributed data processing center, the software for installation on computers in medical institutions – the Automated Workplace Remote registry and the automated workplace "Hi-tech Medical Care" are independently designed and created. The technique of connection of medical institutions to network using opportunities of providers of Dianet, Intelbi and Sibirtelecom is developed.
The created computer system covered the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF) and the centers of different level – district hospitals, the Altai edge clinic, the Altai edge clinical hospital, the Altai edge cardiological center, the Altai edge diagnostic center, the Altai edge medical and sports clinic, sanatoria, the Federal centers of rendering VMP.
The implemented Remote Registry service allowed to optimize loading of doctors, to create the diagram of visit of specialists minimized on time for the specific patient. The "Remote Access to Medical Information on the Patient" service gave the chance to different specialists to work in a uniform information field and to hold remote consultations.
All services work on technology the client-server, it allows work on the low-speed, unstable, strongly loaded communication channels and connection to the system of the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF) in remote areas of Altai Krai. The software of an automated workplace was created taking into account the low-power PCs which are available in work. Computing loadings it was performed by the software of the databases located on servers in the distributed DPC. This approach allowed to connect to a system not the most modern equipment and without significant change of the operating structure of computer providing health facilities.
In 2010 a system integrated 78 health facilities of different level. Monthly in a system 50 thousand visits were processed, 150 thousand diagnostic and medical procedures were performed. The created system increased efficiency of use of the funds allocated for delivery of health care. The quality and availability of medical care due to more complete information support of the doctor and the patient grew.
The project is implemented in 2010.
