The park of Ivan Yakutov (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of the Ufa branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) continued cooperation with "The park of Ivan Yakutov", having automated conducting personnel document flow and payroll by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program. Earlier in the company the 1C: Accounting 8 program was implemented.

The park of I. Yakutov offers residents of Ufa a broad spectrum of entertaining services, visitors of the park can spend leisure-time on children's, family and extreme attractions, drive by boats and catamarans, to visit summer cafes. In the territory of the park bowling club Jolly Roger and restaurant also work at the lake "Smooth water".

For the purpose of the organization of payroll and implementation of the HR policy at the enterprise the management of our company made the decision to carry out automation based on "1C:Enterprise 8". The selected "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program allows to automate the following transactions:

• payroll and management of financial motivation of personnel;
• calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
• reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise;
• registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
• labor relations, personnel office-work;
• requirements planning in personnel;
• formation of the different reporting under the available data.
