Corus Consulting Group helped with development of a system of pricing to the representative of a segment of the fast product delivery Scooter. The implemented Competera platform optimizes price review processes, supports the scenario analysis, allowing to differentiate the cost of goods on structure of consumption and a location of darkstor, effectively managing a target margin.
