The Globus-Telecom company signed the contract with the Tenth arbitration Court of Appeal for project implementation of implementation of an information and analytical complex. The contract is signed according to the results of holding open auction.

Within the contract the operator will provide automation of activity of the Tenth arbitration Court of Appeal in the following directions: service of telephone citizens' appeals and representatives of the organizations, formation of the analytical reporting for the management of court, management of IT resources.

Project objective – to increase service quality of telephone citizens' appeals and representatives of the organizations, to give them an opportunity to obtain up-to-date information on legal cases in the round-the-clock mode, to lower a production load on the office of court, to provide the management of court of effective tools for acceptance of management decisions.

The automated system allows to increase service quality of telephone calls of citizens and the organizations which can obtain necessary information in the round-the-clock mode now and also lower load of the employees accepting telephone addresses. All calls arriving on the phone number of help desk of court, a system processes in the automatic or semi-automatic modes.

The implemented system has two features. With its help it is possible not only to learn about an operation mode of court or reception hours, but also to obtain up-to-date information on a particular case. For example, about date of purpose of court session, substantive provisions of the resolution, transfer of consideration of the case, the direction of case in court of first instance, change of the file number. A system also informs on an order of submission of the petition in a paper or electronic form, a receive mode and issues of documents, an order of acquaintance with an audio recording of court session.

The second feature – a possibility of obtaining information by the subscriber using voice commands which he gives to the automatic informant. But if desired subscribers can pass into the tone mode or wait for the reply of operator.

The information and analytical complex, the developed Globe telecom, consists of three functional subsystems: Sudinform, "Interactive map of court" and "Management system for IT infrastructure".

Sudinform will allow to provide intellectual processing of telephone requests of subscribers using automatic and semi-automatic modes. This subsystem contains the tool for acceptance of management decisions. For example, it will provide to the head up-to-date information about the volume of the requests which came to court and serviced, average time of their processing, frequency of requests on specific legal cases.

"The interactive map of court" is intended for daily use by the head. Its basic purpose – management of activity of court via the interface of an electronic planshetnogoustroystvo regardless of the location of the head. The subsystem will help the head to monitor the current situation, work-related vessels, to reveal problem sections and to quickly make decisions. For example, the head using the interactive map will be able to control load of judges, execution of procedural terms, the number of the arrived petitions for appeal and quality of the drawn-up judicial statements.

"The management system for IT infrastructure" will allow to provide to on-line monitoring and automatic accounting of program and hardware resources of the computer network of the customer and also to automate process of technical support (Service Desk) of users.
