On April 7, 2014 the operator of fixed connection Globus-Telecom announced project completion of implementation of service of automatic interaction between court, citizens and the organizations in the Tenth arbitration Court of Appeal.
Project Tasks
The new IT solution created by specialists of the contractor helps citizens and representatives of the organizations to submit petitions on acquaintance with materials of affairs in the automatic telephone mode that significantly saves time and saves from queues in court.
The scheme of automatic recording is simple: participants of legal procedure report in court by phone the file number, date and time in which it is convenient to them to get acquainted with materials. Information in the form of voice commands is accepted by the telephone robot. If in the diagram of court there is no free time, then the telephone robot notifies citizens on it and suggests to select other time.
Information requested by citizens from court passes through a subsystem of the analysis and speech recognition. The subsystem provides simultaneous synthesis / recognition not less than four voice intelligences. Software tools of speech synthesizer include a possibility of change of volume and playback rate of the speech and also use of preliminary cleaning of a sound signal of noise. Need of use of service of cleaning of noise is automatically determined.
