2016
On May 17, 2016 the AKAM company announced the implementing solution "1C:CRM" in State central theatrical the museums of A.A. Bakhrushin.
In the created system all information on daily work of personnel of the main building of the museum and its 11 branches is reflected.
A.A. Bukhrushin's museum, in addition to the main building, integrates 11 branches in Moscow: three memorial houses, four museums apartments, two showrooms, museum workshop and museum studio. Until recently activity of the museum was constructed on the same mechanisms, as 120 years ago: calculations of the sold tickets manually, preparation of reports on paper, long communications between the staff of different branches. Former algorithms were a restraining factor, a prezha of everything, they did not give a clear and detailed picture of attendance. The museum actively develops today therefore we decided to integrate work of all branches in such system which not only helped heads to control work of employees, but also optimized sale of tickets. Our wishes were realized by specialists of AKAM company, having proposed the solution "1C:CRM". The solution "1C:CRM" accurately regulated sales process of tickets. With its help it is easy to plan and control work of employees. Failure from calculations manually minimized influence of a human factor. As the result – percent of errors at a design of purchases is reduced to zero. In case of canceling of any action the management of the museum can quickly disconnect to the cashier sales opportunity of tickets, guaranteeing operational management and excepting returns Yulia Litvinova, deputy CEO for public relations
