In Three Fat Men retail network replacement of providing the front office is made

The Three Fat Men network changes the front office automation system for the software package "Supermagician of UKM 4", the Service Plus Cupid company integrator reported on July 17, 2013.

Background

Dynamic development of the retail direction demanded from Doveriye Group (holding as a part of which - Three Fat Men network) of reliable tools for management of own retail network in the form of the modern software and the IT equipment.

Having studied offers of several Russian companies integrators, in November, 2012 the management of retail chain stores made the decision on change of the existing front office automation system for the purpose of centralization of management of a cash line, activation of marketing tools for sales increase in shops and increases in loyalty of regular customers.

The software package "Supermagician of UKM 4" was the most suitable and functional solution and also less costly on resources and time of implementation.

Action

The project began in the middle of December, 2012. At an initial stage the Far East partner integrator — Service Plus Cupid holds testing "the Supermagician of UKM 4" in one of supermarkets of Three Fat Men network.

On completion of testing specialists "Service Plus Cupid" provided training of IT department of retail chain stores "Three fat men" in commissioning of a software package and at the beginning of March, 2013 72 cash desks in 12 shops of network without the slightest stop of work translated on "the Supermagician of UKM 4" by exclusively own forces of the retailer.
