"to them V.V. Vorovsky" the large-scale project on system deployment of electronic document management began to realize inventory. Its management made the decision to involve specialists of Cognitive. The enterprise already purchased license E1 for 70 users.

Within the project the staff of Cognitive Technologies conducted complete examination of business processes of the customer and on the basis of his results made the technical specifications considering all nuances of activity of the enterprise. Implementation of EDMS was carried out to a short time by forces of specialists of Cognitive.

The E1 Euphrates system was successfully implemented, and already now the staff of the plant uses it in the work. Considering quality of project implementation, "inventory of V.V. Vorovsky" signed with the company the agreement and on technical support of E1 system.

On a response of the customer, the enterprise stopped the choice on an electronic document management system "E1 Euphrates" as it allows employees to reduce time expenditure by maintaining all documentation of the company. Also implementation of EDMS increases efficiency of each individual employee whose activity is at least minimum connected with documentation, and allows to release resources for the solution of more important tasks. After system deployment organizational issues are resolved quicker — earlier between different departments and branches of the enterprise often there were misunderstanding due to the lack of transparency of conducting document flow.
