2024: Move from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Bitrix24

Prerequisites

A manufacturing company specializing in paints and varnishes has decided to replace Microsoft Dynamics CRM. With the constant growth of the number of customers and the increase in the volume of data, they needed a system that would support the further growth of the company and allow a smooth transition to new software. Such a system was Bitrix24.

The company turned to the Yolva IT Consulting team to configure and optimize Bitrix24 to adapt the company's existing processes to the capabilities of the new system.

Tasks

The main tasks were to adapt the Customer's business processes in CRM. This included task allocation, alignment setup, process standardization and automation, improved due date monitoring, and integration with external services for easy data management. These measures are necessary to order the system and support the growth of the company in the context of increasing data volumes and the number of customers.

The first step is to work with CRM

The Yolva team faced the following key tasks at the first stage of the project:

  1. Standardize the addresses in the CRM card.
  2. Notify the user of duplicates at
  3. Conditional display of CRM card fields.
  4. Distribute entities to managers.
  5. Develop a rule for working with the "Deadline" field.
  6. Set up priority and probability of success matching.
  7. Calculate the card occupancy for the dimension.
  8. Record meetings with manager report and calendar display.

The second stage is working with appeals

The main task for the Yolva team was to create and optimize work with the CRM section dedicated to the Case process, namely:

  1. Advanced categorization
  2. Monitor dates and SLAs.
  3. Import smart processes.
  4. Monitor duplicate smart processes.
  5. Connect the Yandex.Maps card provider.

Results

Upon completion of the project, the company received a powerful and functional tool for managing sales and marketing. Automation and standardization of processes have improved the quality of data, reduced errors and duplicate records, improved task control and ensured the efficiency of the entire team. The Bitrix24 CRM system has become a reliable tool that not only met the current needs of the company, but also laid the foundation for its further growth and development.
