TKS Bank optimized customer management

In April, 2013 Good Technology, the solution provider for safe mobile data access, announced that the Russian online bank Tinkoff Creditnye Sistemy (TKS Bank) implemented the Good for Enterprise platform which will allow to optimize business processes and will provide to managers of bank access to confidential information of clients. After implementing solution under the leadership of the partner of Good Technology, Tiger Optics company, managers of bank could get secure access to information on sales, a current income, profiles of clients and other major data from any place in the world.

Stanislav Pavlunin, director of the department of security of TKS bank: "At the beginning of 2013 we began to review the strategy of data access from mobile devices and asked for the help in Good Technology. Having compared Good to other offers in the market and also having received recommendations from the clients of the company using the same platform we came to a conclusion that Good is rather functional and flexible solution to become a basis of our strategy of mobile access".

TKS — the Russian company providing financial services online. From the moment of organization of bank in 2007 its customer base grew to more than 3 million therefore TKS became one of the largest credit card issuers in Russia. Before start of full range of services of mobile banking of the company it was required to create the reliable strategy of mobile data access which would allow to work and win new clients more effectively.

Pavlunin adds: "Needs of employees for mobile access grow every day, but we needed not the solution for mobile device management, but the solution for management of our most valuable asset — data therefore they needed to pay attention maximum. How to provide mobile data access, without threatening their security? The Good platform became an optimal solution, and the Tiger Optics have long-term experience of implementation of the similar systems in Russia. The Tiger Optics deployed the solution Good in our network quickly and with the minimum help from our IT department".

In the Good for Enterprise platform the corporate business data stored in the ciphered container are separated from personal data of each employee. Besides, the solution prevents date leak, blocking exchange with unsafe applications.

Objectives

TKS uses Good for Enterprise since April, 2013 and is going to implement Good Dynamics, platform on development of safe mobile applications, as the tool for creation of proprietary corporate applications.
