"Tinkoff Insurance" was implemented by Homnet XBRL for ensuring automatic preparation of the financial reporting

2019: Homnet XBRL'S implementation

On August 21, 2019 the Homnet Consulting company reported that "Insurance" implemented Tinkoff Homnet XBRL for ensuring automatic preparation of the financial reporting conforming to requirements of the Central Bank.

"Tinkoff Insurance" is the company of direct insurance and as the participant of the market of NFO, hands over financial statements in the Bank of Russia in the XBRL format, obligatory since 2018.

At the beginning of 2019 "Tinkoff Insurance" and Homnet Group signed the agreement on project implementation of automation of preparation of the reporting of XBRL.

The amount of data with which the company works required the automated approach which would provide fast and effective implementation of regulatory requirements. Therefore "Tinkoff Insurance" made the decision on creation of a full-fledged system of preparation of the reporting of XBRL.

Within the procedure of selection of vendor Homnet Group carried out express inspection of an IT landscape of insurance company on the basis of which it prepared the individual offer "Tinkoff Insurance".

having Carefully studied all offers of vendors, we stopped the choice on XOMHET:XBRL. The fact that a system is capable to cover all our tasks became clear at the first demonstration of software. Further and the proposal which was made to us by vendor on an express inspection result, from a point sight of mechanisms and terms of project implementation we found for ourselves optimal,

The first stage specialists of Homnet Group set XOMHET:XBRL on servers of the customer and made setup of the solution. As "Tinkoff insurance" keeps account in software, having not 1C-nuyu the platform the decision was made by the next step to unroll show-windows, to unload in them data and to configure XOMHET:XBRL on collecting from these show-windows. Also during the project the following work types were executed:

1. setup of mechanisms of data integration;
2. testing of settings and a run of operability of a system on test examples;
3. user training to work in the program;
4. consultations by preparation of supervising statistical reporting in the XBRL format, according to taxonomy of XBRL of version 3.1.

The last stage - with full consulting support by specialists of Homnet Group of staff of insurance company, hands over the reporting for the 1st half-year 2019 which successfully underwent audit of the Central Bank.

As a result of creation of a full-fledged system of preparation of the reporting in the XBRL format based on the module "XOMHET:XBRL" in "Tinkoff Insurance" such functions as work with taxonomy are automated; data loading from the different systems in different formats (xbrl, csv, Excel); validation of data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank; technology data validation; formation of a packet of the reporting, according to taxonomy of the Central Bank.
