The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project on automation of Titan-Resource Group. Within the project on the basis of the solution "1C: Management of construction organization 8" the unified information system which allowed to manage effectively financial flows of the company that is extremely relevant in the conditions of economic downturn is created. Labor costs of employees were considerably reduced by accounting, as a result, we stated increase in efficiency of accounting, finance division, purchasing departments and sales to the company.

Specialists of BIT company implemented the project for half a year. 20 jobs and the following blocks are automated:

  • accounting and tax accounting;
  • budgeting;
  • sales management;
  • purchase management;
  • inventory management;
  • management of settlement;
  • personnel management and payroll;
  • control of motor transport;
  • production.

As a result of project implementation in the unified information system all data which were earlier in several separate programs are integrated. Use in daily work of the uniform nomenclature and lists of partners allowed to reduce by 3 times personnel labor costs by accounting – efficiency of accounting, finance division, purchasing departments and sales to the company increased more than by 1.5 times. The management of TITAN-RESURS Group quickly receives now necessary reports which allow to conduct careful job analysis, to do forecasts, to build plans for development and also to see a real picture of activity of the company.

In the conditions of an economic crisis it is especially important to manage financial flows of the company and to control execution of budgets, as in revenues, and account. Automation allowed the company of a message monitoring of the actual activity of the enterprise, to create budgets of cash flow, income and expenses, to control onto accomplishment of payments, to receive an operational picture of a company performance with suppliers and customers. System implementation allowed to reduce actually to zero exceeding of budget limits, and more than to reduce the average monthly value of receivables by 20 percent. There was also an opportunity to build payment schedules according to works agreements and deliveries, considering possible delays. It allowed to optimize the volume and structure of accounts payable. One more important result – implementation allowed to exclude cash gaps which periodically happened in the past.

The project allowed to optimize production planning and the movement Inventories. Now data on the materials transferred to production, readiness of products, its actual cost are quickly displayed in a system and allow company management to plan production loading that reduces financial losses from idle time of a production equipment. Accounting of own vehicle fleet is automated that allowed to make out requests for use of machines, to calculate and plan fuel purchase, to control onto consumption of fuel, fuels and lubricants, spare parts. Earlier in the company such opportunity was not.

During the project procurement processes of goods and an inventory control are automated that allowed to obtain real information on the state of affairs in warehouses of the company, about the planned arrival of batches of nonmetallic materials. Within the block the reference books of the nomenclature which were earlier containing a large number of duplicative information which resulted from repeated data transfers from one program in another are optimized. Thanks to what repeated manual entry of data and also discrepancies and duplication of information on nomenclature positions is excluded.

Automation facilitated also planning process of sales. There was an opportunity to analyze profitability of sales by each transaction and also to control costs of the company which are calculated automatically now. In personnel management there was an opportunity to conduct planning of employment and the vacation schedule of employees, to analyze personnel structure that affected efficiency of the HR policy of the enterprise.
