In "The Tolyatti power supply company" the Context ELAR ECM system is implemented

On July 25, 2018 the corporation ELAR announced implementation ECM- systems ELAR Context for increase in efficiency of work with accounting, technical and title documentation in Tolyatti power supply company"(JSC TEK).

As it was reported, daily documents on the rendered services and consumers of the electric power come to the company. For years of activity in JSC TEK big arrays of agreements, organizational and administrative and accounting documents in the form of separate paper archives of divisions, access to which was strongly complicated due to the lack of systematization and the centralized storage, accumulated. Labor costs constantly increased by information search and drawing up selections of documents, there was a risk of irrevocable loss of originals.

For control automation documentation of JSC TEK implemented the centralized ECM system based on the domestic Context platform integrated with the main accounting systems of the company: 1C and EDMS Thesis. Within the project more than 130,000 archive documents which were digitized and indexed by specialists of ELAR are loaded into a system.

The solution allowed us to organize online access to archive information of all interested divisions of the company and to reduce to zero the risks connected with untimely providing documents on requests of regulatory authorities. Denis Demidov, head of information technology of JSC TEK

According to the company, ELAR the Context integrates separate information systems and automates processing of the entering and outgoing documents of JSC TEK which after registration in the accounting systems is automatically loaded uniform electronic archive of the company.

Thanks to a technique of fast start and modularity of the Context platform we could offer our partners fast project deadlines and possibilities of step-by-step implementation for gradual accumulation of functionality and integration without evolution of the existing business processes.
