Tolyatti transformer (SAP Business Suite)

The director of information technology of the Tolyatti Transformer plant Satunkin Valery provided a large-scale implementation project at the enterprise of the mySAP Business Suite system. Implementation began in 2006, its termination is planned for current, 2011. According to Valery Satunkin, as a result of project implementation the enterprise managed to reduce terms of design and technology preparation of production by 30-80%, to reduce costs on management of engineering data and management of documentation on 10-50%. Level of work in progress decreased by 10-25%, warehouse stocks were reduced by 15-60%, storage costs and warehousing of products are reduced by 2-5%. Also the plant managed to lower raw material stocks by 15-30%, to reduce equipment downtimes by 1-20%. Labor productivity grew by 10-15%.
