Tolyattikauchuk turns on integrated management of repairs in an ACS

The TOIR Consult company completed the works on creation of the database of the equipment for Tolyattikauchuk LLC workshop.

Background

Works were conducted within the corporate program of the SIBUR for implementation of advanced methods of maintenance of fixed assets. The program was developed by the company in 2008 for increase in efficiency of use of business assets. Its essence consists in replacement of the scheduled preventive scheme by repair on actual state.

Ways

Optimization of maintenance and repairs (MRO) in the SIBUR is made in four directions: implementation of an ACS of a MRO, installation of diagnostic aids, change of a local regulatory framework and also reorganization of repair and diagnostic divisions.

Implementation

The TOIR Consult company - the contractor of the project, implemented technology of mass collecting, the analysis and data scrubbing for solving of tasks of optimization of a MRO. The comprehensive investigation of the object - the equipment, constructional features, operating conditions, the history of defects and failures, experience of use of repair technologies is its cornerstone. This array of engineering data is investigated using specialized software. The equipment is classified and grouped for solving of tasks of work planning of a MRO, the order of Inventories, issue of tasks to contractors. Collected data are loaded into the industrial ACS of a MRO used at the enterprise where works and support of collected base will be planned further.

Today

Formation of the database of the equipment is finished, development of standards began. At present more than four thousand items of equipment are described. After information analysis repair plans for a new system – to actual state of the equipment will be created.

Plans and terms

The formation of plans of repair is supposed to be completed by November, 2010. The decision, based on work of a pilot project, to continue it in other technology and auxiliary divisions Tolyattikauchuk is made that by 2011 to take all serviced and repaired plant equipment under the corresponding control.
