In November, 2012 The First BIT company ("1C: Accounting and Trade") announced project completion on deployment of the analytical application based on the QlikView Business Discovery platform in the Russian representative office of Tommy Hilfiger. As a result the staff of Tommy Hilfiger can analyze data on sales from different sources, get instant access to relevant information on activity of the company and jointly find new opportunities for successful business development.

The Russian representative office of the largest international brand of Tommy Hilfiger clothes needed the convenient tool for collecting and the analysis of the reporting from diverse data — both information from head office, and reports of partners. At the same time the existing business processes of work with partners had to remain untouched, and rules of providing the reporting the same.

In only one and a half months the Tommy Hilfiger company received the ready analytical application which all her employees can use. The solution is implemented by The First BIT company based on the QlikView Business Discovery platform — the system of the business intelligence developed by QlikTech managed by users. With QlikView implementation the staff of the Russian representative office got access to relevant information from any place and at any time: access to QlikView is provided using the IaaS-solution of First BIT.

Partners of the company, as well as earlier, make reports in a convenient form and direct them by e-mail. However now analytical data on sales automatically go to QlikView, and the staff of Tommy Hilfiger can create any cuts of information at once. Also data from head office of the company are in the same way processed, and it, in turn, allows the Russian representative office to spend less time for handwork more — on acceptance of the weighed strategic decisions.

Solution:
Creation of the analytical application on the basis of the QlikView platform became the solution of Tommy Hilfiger of tasks facing the Russian representative office. The created system allowed to make data integration from numerous partners of Tommy Hilfiger in the automatic mode. Creation of the analytical application on the basis of QlikView allowed to eliminate the errors caused by manual entry or consolidation of data and provided to the staff of Tommy Hilfiger powerful tools according to the analysis of sales, the range and stocks.
