"The Tomsk electrotechnical plant" increases efficiency of work with documents

On Tomsk elektrotekhnicheskom zavode (Federal State Unitary Enterprise TETZ) the implementation project of an electronic document management system of Directum started. The project is executed by Intant group.

Development of production and emergence of new business contacts at the plant led to complication of documentary processes and increase in volume of document flow. The costs connected with circulation of paper documents and their storage increased. It resulted in need of implementation at the enterprise of an electronic document management system.

Associate directors on property and finance, chiefs of economic and commercial departments, the legal adviser, the human resources manager managing office and the chief of bureau of supply entered into the structure of the working group created for the choice of EDMS. In the considered domestic and foreign systems implementation of classical office-work and management of contract activities was analyzed, instruments of routing and control of approval especially carefully were considered.

The project started in July, 2010. Basic system modules, modules Office, Contract management and "Management of Performance Indicators" entered delivery of a system. Project implementation is expected 16 weeks. Examination of the enterprise, preparation project solutions, personnel training, installation and setup of a system in workplaces will be during this time conducted.

To an electronic form it is going to transfer processes of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, pronouncement of resolutions, control of performance of orders and orders on primary activity and also creation, approval and performance of agreements.

By the time of completion of implementation in a system 50 employees from 35 divisions TETZ, including production workshops and sections, auxiliary divisions, administrative department, legal department, economic department will work at the same time.
