At the first stage the general office-work of the company will be automated: - registration of correspondence entering into the organization and the direction it for consideration to officials, passing control; - formation of tasks on execution of incoming documents; - registration and accounting of outgoing correspondence; - registration and accounting of memos; - processes of preparation of orders, orders, regulations and provisions, including creation, approvals, statements, confirmations on acquaintance and execution control. Creation and maintaining electronic archive of regulating and organizational and administrative documentation and also automation of contract activities of the company will be implemented within the second stage.
