Processes of budget planning by means of the solution "BIT .FINANS" are integrated into Tomsknefteproyekt

1C specialists: The first BIT completed the project on accounting process optimization in Tomsknefteproyekt LLC. The 1C: Accounting 8 and BIT .FINANS software products were implemented. Accounting, tax and managerial accounting is automated. Labor costs of personnel are significantly reduced. The quality of the created reports and efficiency of approval of documents improved.

Tomsknefteproyekt LLC carries out design and exploration work on arrangement of oil and gas fields and transport of oil and gas. In the list of company services also passing of all necessary examinations, execution of allowing documentation, development of technical requirements and the tender documentation for carrying out tenders and tenders for SMR, designer's service of construction.

Earlier account at the enterprise was kept by means of spreadsheets. Data collection and processing took a lot of time, required involvement of a large number of resources. The management had no opportunity to estimate expediency of the spent means, in view of not informative reports.

For the purpose of increase in transparency of accounting in firm its management made the decision to automate key sections of accounting. 1C specialists were involved to project implementation: The first BIT. They performed software installation, configured data exchange, trained users.

In a project deliverable were set:

• "BIT .FINANS .PROF". The product allowed to integrate operations on budget planning and receiving actual data. It had a positive impact on quality of the plan-fact analysis, efficiency of acceptance of management decisions. Process of management of money accepted system character. Time spent for formation of requests for a funds expenditure and their approval was reduced several times. There was a possibility of multiscenario planning of budgets.
• Automation of the financial block gave to the management an opportunity to objectively estimate a management system for money resources and to reveal the most profitable activities.
• The 1C: Accounting 8 program allows to solve problems of accounting and tax accounting, to quickly prepare the regulated reporting. Data of accounting and tax accounting can be registered in uniform wiring. Functions of autocheck and autocompletion of documents facilitate work of personnel. All reports meet relevant legislative arrangements of the Russian Federation.
