On July 3, 2025, TONAR announced the introduction of neural networks into the production process. Now artificial intelligence will become an integral part of production, providing maximum accuracy and efficiency.

The introduction of neural networks will allow us to increase the accuracy of monitoring the temperature of heated parts, which will facilitate the heat treatment process, - said Yevgeny Ilchenko, Deputy Director for Development of TONAR.

Artificial intelligence will take over the function of temperature control at the heat treatment site during the heating of parts at HDTV installations. The neural network will be able to independently determine the heating temperature of parts during setup, including during the entire heat treatment cycle, and display the temperature value on the operator's screen. This will help the operator to quickly and accurately configure the equipment and prevent product defects.

The deep learning algorithm of the neural network will create the ability to analyze many photographs with heated details, which over time will allow it to recognize the temperature of the heated part with high accuracy. Due to this, the heat treatment process will become more accurate and predictable, eliminating the human factor in determining the color of potassium and minimizing the risks of errors, which will ultimately reduce the cost of the enterprise.
