Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed automation of Tonkinskoye Condominium using the software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8". In a project deliverable time for accounting of housing and communal services was reduced, the quantity of errors on charges was reduced.

Before automation the staff of Tonkinskoye condominium faced difficulties with monthly settlement of charges for utilities. Also there were difficulties with statements of references to inhabitants, it was impossible to enter quickly charges on counters and a lot of time for the statement of accounts notifications which formed on each personal account manually left.
