Top Doctors Clinic started a personal account of the patient based on the OnDoc platform

On April 30, 2019 the OnDoc company announced start in Top Doctors Clinic of a personal account of the patient based on the ONDOC platform. It is white label-solution in the form of mobile applications and the section on the website.

According to the results of the project, patients of Top Doctors Clinic using a personal account can:

• consult with doctors in a chat or a video chat, to share with them information on health;
• fill and store the medical card — the conclusions of doctors, analysis results and inspections;
• ask questions to clinic in a chat, order a call back from clinic;
• enter courses of drug treatment to the personal account, note when and what medicine was taken whether there were side effects.

As of April, 2019 in a personal account there is a section for monitoring of indicators of health — they can be entered manually (on Android and on the website) or to obtain data from fitness bracelets and "smart" gadgets which are synchronized with Health Apple (on iOS).
