Top service (WMS Logistics Vision Suite)

The ant Technologies company, the market leader of IT solutions for logistics, announces the beginning of the project on implementation of an end-to-end system of management of the warehouse Logistic Vision Suite in TOPSERVICE company. Within this ant Technologies project will perform complex automation of a two-storeyed warehouse of the company with a total area of 6,000 sq.m.

The TOPSERVICE company is dynamically developing production and distribution company taking the leading positions in the market of energy saving home appliances today. The company specializes in marketing, production and distribution of branded goods "SPACE". Goods are manufactured at six plants in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, China, Korea and Japan, products are delivered in the largest Russian retail chain stores.

As a management system for warehouse business processes of TOPSERVICE company the complex of the Logistic Vision Suite software products which is already successfully used for automation of warehouse activity of the largest distribution companies working in different segments of the market is selected. In the project progress all main transactions of a warehouse will be automated: acceptance, placement, selection and shipment of a broad spectrum of home appliances: lamps, lamps, batteries, lamps, electroinstallation products, household goods.

For the choice of integrator of the WMS solution the TOPSERVICE company held the tender in which the leading system providers of management of a warehouse in the Russian market took part. As a result the company made a choice for benefit of ant Technologies and its complete solution based on the Logistic Vision Suite system which completely meets the main requirements of the customer: full automation of the warehouse transactions having the unique features (for example, management of transactions of selection of heavy and fragile goods – batteries, lamps, etc.), ability to integrate with a corporate system; a possibility of replication of a system on other warehouse of the company. Besides, the ant Technologies company already has wide experience of automation of warehouses of the distribution companies, among the last large projects – implementation of Logistic Vision Suite on the distribution center of the Novosibirsk company "Domocentre" performing supply of retail network from 24 shops.

Implementation of the basic Logistic Vision Suite system - Warehouse Vision will be made in 30 workplaces. Integration of Logistic Vision Suite with the EPR system of the customer of Microsoft AXAPTA will be in addition performed. The equipment for deployment of a wireless network, data collection terminals of Motorola and printers for printing of labels of Zebra also is a part of the proposed solution.

In plans of TOPSERVICE company – opening of a new warehouse with rendering services of safe custody which building is conducted at the moment that offers prospects for continuation of partnership of ant Technologies and "TOPSERVIS".
