To the management of "TOPEKC" the solution for automation of the sales department consisting of two people which would allow workers to execute more effectively the job responsibilities, and to the head of the sales department – with convenience to see result of work of the subordinates was required. Consultants of Soft-Unity picked up the application solution "1C: Trade Management" – one of the most popular configurations of 1C Company for automation of trade enterprises. The scalability of a system was to the taste to the management of customer organization: the plans of the company are development of the client direction and increase in number of sales managers.

In in advance approved date and time service engineers of Soft-Unity performed delivery and installation of the application solution to both workplaces of users, configured and tested the program then conducted an introduction course on bases to work in a configuration. Implementation of the application solution "1C: Trade Management" allowed to increase efficiency of sales department considerably: time required on working off of one client was reduced. The transparency of work of managers allowed to choose the effective system of motivation of personnel for the management.
