Increase in effective management of sales, processes of deliveries, transportation of the equipment, production, rendering services, ensuring information support of business planning processes and also replacement of the outdated accounting system on modern were main objectives of the project in "Toyota Material Hendling Rus" company.
In a type of complexity of accounting and a wide range of the automated processes, it was decided to use the product "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP".
The RG-Soft company - as the partner having wide experience of automation of the accounting systems acted as the contractor of implementation.
Due to the optimization of internal processes and also numerical growth of employees need of process automation, the internal and external documents connected with document flow of the company for registration, the centralized safe storage and operational access to them taking into account user rights appeared.
The company management "Toyota Material Hendling Rus" made the decision on implementation of the software product "by 1C: Dokumentoborot 8 CORP".
During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:
- a system in 5 workplaces is automated
- necessary initial settings and also inline tunings of the rights are made for a connectivity of the external user for review of project documents.
Accounting of internal documents, work with agreements, work with files, business processes of acquaintance, order, approval, accounting and control of execution of instructions, reporting is as a result automated.
The customer received an electronic document management system which helped to arrange work with documents, to simplify and accelerate their formation, processing and approval.
A system is accepted in commercial operation since 9:07 a.m. 2019.
