Project Objectives

  • Organization of effective office-work of JSC TransContainer
  • Increase in performing discipline, labor productivity of the employees involved in process of document flow and quality of task performance on processing of contractual documents


Within the project the following tasks were successfully solved:

  • Document handling process automation
  • The timely and guaranteed delivery of documents within information exchange for jobs of the contractors responsible for their processing
  • Ensuring the guaranteed safety and integrity of documents
  • Exception of risks of loss or distortion of documents, unauthorized access to information
  • Centralized operation by processing of documents, typification and unification of methods of work with documents, use of uniform rules of classification and data coding
  • Creation of conditions for work on paperless technology

Project Features

  • The electronic document management system on the OPTIMA-WorkFlow platform is implemented in two options: Windows applications for the staff of Central office and "thin client" for remote users from TransContainer branches of JSC
  • In addition to well familiar processes of automation and processing of incoming correspondence, preparation and approval of outgoing correspondence, the regulating documentation, approval of contractual documents, accounting of legal cases is automated


Project Development

Creation of a geographically distributed document management system on the OPTIMA-WorkFlow platform covering all divisions of the company is planned.

Response about system implementation of electronic document management in JSC TransContainer

One of priority tasks of increase in efficiency and competitiveness of JSC TransContainer is improvement of methods of documentary ensuring management. For the solution of this task we selected OPTIMA-Workflow electronic document management system development of Optima Group.

Implementation was begun with automation of Central office of JSC TransContainer. Now the electronic document management system is in continuous operation, more than 250 users work. In OPTIMA-Workflow registration and control of execution of the entering / outgoing correspondence, processing of internal regulating documents (orders, orders), accounting of judicial and administrative cases by legal service, contract work is conducted.

For employees and heads different forms of the reporting, both statistical, and connected with control of performing discipline are provided. The staff of remote branches of the company timely obtains all necessary information on documents of management personnel by means of the web client of a system.

The project on implementation of OPTIMA-WorkFlow in Central office which is an important stage of creation of a uniform corporate information system of JSC TransContainer was performed by specialists of Optima Group professionally and in the set time.

The next stage of our joint work — creation of the geographically distributed document management system covering all divisions of the company.
