2025: Container Terminal Management Solution Implementation

CorpSoft24 specialists have developed and are implementing a container terminal management solution based on the 1C platform toolkit for the Trans Synergy terminal and logistics center. The designed system includes an accounting system, a flexible billing system and support for the mobile client. This was announced by CorpSoft24 on June 23, 2025.

Experts proposed to create the necessary solution "from scratch" using the development tools "1C:Subsystems Library."

The goal of the project was to create a convenient, simple and functional accounting system for managing a container terminal with billing options and support for a mobile client.

At the first stage, the CorpSoft24 specialists interviewed the customer, drew up a description of his business processes, taking into account the operation of the system and formed a detailed terms of reference for the development of the solution. Then they implemented the main functionality of the solution and developed the design of the billing subsystem, which will be connected to the solution.

The created system will be used by terminal managers and on-duty administrators, and in the mobile version, by smartphones tablets forklift operators and handlers for quick and convenient entry base information into the arriving and descending containers. Also, client service managers who are engaged in billing will become users of the system. Previously, they had to enter the relevant data in the accounting program manually.

They need a simple and functional solution that allows them to perform the necessary operation in a few clicks from a mobile device. The Customer plans to develop the implemented system. Thus, the integration of the container terminal management system with ETRAN and customs systems will be carried out. Sections on container repair management and employee KPI accounting will appear, the functionality of accounting for wagons at the terminal will be expanded, an AI-based module will be connected to recognize container numbers, wagons and cars. Each customer of the TLC will have access to a personal account.
